“Our repair guy did a temporary patch on one of the plumbing vent flashings as the rubber boot flashing vent got deteriorated” . I follow-up, as requested with Rhaml, and new vent parts were ordered. About ten (10) days later, Darren and Michael arrived, and replaced the worn out parts on all four (4) vents. — The whole process was seamless, and I thought that Great West provide exceptional service.
