I had such a fantastic experience with Great West Roofing! From the moment I called, Sherwin was incredibly friendly, professional and easy to talk to. He came out to handle the repair himself and was clearly very knowledgeable—he took the time to walk me through exactly what was going on and explained everything.

It’s not often you come across someone who is not only skilled at their job but also genuinely cares about making sure you feel informed and comfortable throughout the process. The repair was done quickly, efficiently and with great attention to detail.

Great roofing crew and highly skilled  workmanship! After receiving multiple quotes from other roofing companies we were very happy and satisfied with choosing Great West! No sales pitch just Honest and detailed quotes. Our concerns of the old roof  were addressed and updated to our satisfaction. I have been around the sun a few times and dealt with a multitude of calamities in my life. When a house inspection was done for the  sale of my house and it was discovered various leaks around vents and loose tiles, fixing these problems was a deal breaker. Of course timing was everything like 24 hours to find a remedy. I called several roofing companies on a Saturday and  Great West was the only roofing company to answer in person the call and make an appointment to come out. They followed up by provided me an estimate and stated they would get the material that day and do the work on Sunday. That seemed impossible, but they followed through. From the office staff to the guys on the roof everything was handled professionally. I sensed true caring and kindness as well empathy for my situation. I can not thank  you all enough for what you did, you work so hard I wished I could repay your kindness. My house sale hinged on getting the roof issues fixed and you did it and delivered. The sale is now complete , with your help and support, I have gratitude for companies like yours and appreciate the way you operate. As we needed to replace major parts of our roof, we needed some quality products, skilled, experienced roofers and craftsmen as well as an excellent warranty. With Great West Enterprises Ltd. and its cooperative third-party partners, we received those quality products, that quality work by professionals and that extended warranty.

From the assessment of our old roof, the begin of the work, the adjustments by recognizing some hidden problems from the past days, the commitment of Sherwin to the work when the hired people got sick, the work of the third-party with the replacement of the gutter and the side pipes and the finishing up and cleaning up by Sherwin himself, Great West demonstrated professionalism, quality work and a completion of the work in accordance with our agreement.

GAF Master Elite Certified Roofers that came with GAF Golden Pledge, 25 year labour and 50 year limited manufacturers warranty.
Our roof was coming due for replacement. My neighbour and I did loads of research and received quotes and interviewed about 6 different roof installers. Rhamil and Great West Enterprises ticked all the box’s.
I had issues with our EPDM Hidden Gutter system. It was terrible. Rhamil said his team could remove this system and we could install a new standard gutter system. Great idea. No more rotting wood facia boards and failing rubber membrane.
Rhamil answered all problems with solutions. His team were very courteous, professional and turned up when they said they would, rain or shine. Their roofing removal and installation were exceptional, using roofers on their team adding to decades of experience.
Great West Enterprises are a great, professionally run, safety orientated, family run business.
Beware of businesses that sell you a roof replacement but bring in sub contractors to do the work.
